What information we collect
- Your name and phone number, so the driver can identify and contact you
- Pickup and drop-off addresses, and flight number if provided
- Date and time of your requested transfer, vehicle and passenger details, luggage and child-seat needs
- Your preferred messaging app (if selected), used only to contact you about your booking
- Technical data such as browser type and cookie preferences (see our cookie banner)
Why we process this data
We use this information solely to prepare, confirm and carry out the transfer you request, to contact you about your booking, and to comply with legal obligations (such as accounting and business records). The legal basis is the performance of a contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in providing customer support.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. Your details are only shared with the driver assigned to your ride, and, if you choose to pay online in the future, with our payment processor. We do not use your data for advertising or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Booking details are kept for as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet our accounting and tax obligations under Slovak law, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability.
